How do I log a water test?

Open a tank and tap Log test. Tap the color that matches your tube, or tap the keyboard icon to type the number. Save, and each value appears as a tile with its chart.

Reminders don’t arrive

Guppi uses notifications on your phone. Check that notifications for Guppi are on in your phone’s Settings, then open the reminder and make sure Notify me is on.

How does the cycle coach work?

Create a tank with “New tank: start the cycle coach” on and log ammonia, nitrite and nitrate every few days. The coach shows the stage and what to do next; you confirm when the tank is cycled.

How do I cancel Guppi Pro?

On iPhone or iPad: Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Guppi Pro. On Android: Google Play > your profile picture > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Guppi Pro. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel a subscription.

I got a new phone. How do I get Pro back?

How do I move my tanks to a new phone?

They come along with a normal device backup and restore. With Pro you can also use Settings > Export backup and Import backup.
