These terms apply to the Guppi app and website, made by Peak Apps Studio. By using the app you agree to them. If you download the app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies. If you download it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
Advice, not a guarantee
Species data, water ranges, calculators and compatibility checks are typical values from hobby references to help you decide. Individual animals and local water vary; always watch your tank and ask a specialist when in doubt.
Guppi Pro
- Pro is offered as an auto-renewing yearly or monthly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- If a free trial is offered for the yearly plan, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. No trial starts unless you choose it.
- Subscriptions are charged to the Apple Account or Google Play account you buy with and renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
- To cancel on iPhone or iPad: Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Guppi Pro. To cancel on Android: open Google Play, tap your profile picture > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Guppi Pro. In Guppi, Settings > Manage subscription opens the same page.
- The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment; restore it with Settings > Restore purchases.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of livestock. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
